Our Hiring Process

Stage 1

Applied

Once you have submitted your application, a member of the recruitment team will review it- if we think you'd be a good fit for the team, we will invite you to an online interview!
Stage 2

Online Interview

This is an online interview in line with safer recruitment guidelines. Your approach to learning, experience and teaching proficiency will be assessed, and you'll be asked to prepare a lesson plan ahead of time for us to assess your planning and preparation skills.
Stage 3

Background Checks

If you are successful in your interview, we will check and verify the necessary documents and qualifications required for the role. This will always include proof of Right to Work in the UK, proof of Safeguarding training from the last 12 months, and an Enhanced DBS check (we can provide Safeguarding training and a DBS if needed).
