Safer Recruitment Interview
This interview is part of our safer recruitment process to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. It will explore your experience, suitability for the role, and understanding of safeguarding responsibilities. The interview will be conducted by a panel of at least two members of our team.
If a short task or activity is required as part of the interview, the hiring manager will be in touch beforehand with clear instructions and support, so you know what to expect.

CEO Interview
This is an informal conversation with the COO and CEO to discuss your experience, motivations, and fit for the role. It’s also an opportunity for you to ask any questions about BrightTeach and our team. The interview may take place together or separately.
- Stage 5
Offer
Congratulations! You have been selected to move forward. At this stage, you will receive a formal offer from our team. Please take the time to review the details carefully and respond within the timeframe provided. If you have any questions, our team will be happy to assist you.
- Stage 6
Background Checks
As part of our recruitment process, we carry out background checks, including an enhanced DBS, to ensure the safety and well-being of children and vulnerable adults. These checks are standard for all candidates offered the role.
- Stage 7
Hired
Welcome to the BrightTeach team! You will receive an email to log in to CharlieHR, our HR system. Please complete your onboarding requirements there to ensure you have a smooth start. Once you have access to the system, you will also be able to view your holiday allowance and access the company handbook. Your line manager will be in touch to provide details about your first day.
